We celebrate the arrival of spring, nature's new year and the earth coming alive again. This is a time for new beginnings and growth. This is the time when everything comes back to life. The colors return, the air is filled with sounds again, the smells change - and I look forward to this just as much every year 💚
Spring brings light and clarity, and this is truly the time to become aware of what you want to see grow in your life and what you want to harvest. It is a time to leave behind what has been, and to look forward to new opportunities and growth.
The energies surrounding this year's spring equinox can feel demanding for many because one is also encouraged to let go of the old. In this process, it is crucial to be grounded and centered. We therefore begin with a mindful and grounding yoga session to land within ourselves, intoning and before we move on into the magical landscape of the painting journey 📿
Sandra Rappéll, the owner and artist behind My Mala Garden, will guide you through an afternoon filled with creativity, magic and tranquility. We will begin with a pleasant mindful yoga session and end the evening with a new moon meditation.
A mala is an ancient tool used in meditation for thousands of years. By repeating a mantra, it helps to create inner peace and presence. In addition, malas serve as daily reminders of your desires and intentions in life. With 108 beads (a symbolic number) and a Guru bead, your mala becomes a personal reflection of your journey. After a while, you will feel your own beat and rhythm in the mala, which guides you through your meditation practice.
Sandra will bring a varied selection of beads, stones and threads, so you can choose colors and stones that resonate with you and your unique intention for your mala jewelry. There will also be an opportunity to purchase additional malas and bracelets for those who wish.📿
Price: 1,500,- includes workshop and all necessary materials to make your own mala jewelry (binding registration).
