~ to a creative and nourishing day where you get to make your very own mala jewelry, in peace, presence and with a clear intention.

We begin the day with a gentle meditation to land in the moment and feel for what you want to create. When the mala is finished, we end with a meditation to connect you to the jewelry and set an intention for the path ahead.

✨ What is a mala?
A mala consists of 108 beads and a Guru Bead, and has been used in meditation for thousands of years. It can help you find rhythm, focus, and inner peace.

~ and at the same time be a daily reminder of something you want to make room for in your life.

I have a large selection of beads, stones and threads with me.

~ you choose what calls to you. Together we create mala jewelry that carries your intention and energy.
