MALA WORKSHOP ~ MAKE YOUR OWN MALA JEWELRY 📿

A warm welcome to Malakurs at Modaka on November 26th from 10am to 3pm 💛
Sandra Rappell, the owner and artist behind My Mala Garden, is coming to us to give a mala course. We start the day with a calm mindful yoga session, and end the day with a slightly longer relaxation.
A mala is a tool that has been traditionally used in meditation for thousands of years, where you repeat a mantra to help find a calmer mind and to create a presence within you. They also serve as a daily reminder of what you want to manifest in your life, or an intention that you want to create. The mala consists of 108 beads (and there are many reasons why it is exactly this number), and has a so-called Guru Bead and often a tassel at the end. When you have meditated with your mala for a while, you will recognize your beat and rhythm in your mala, and this helps you know how far you have come.
Sandra brings a rich selection of beads, stones and threads to choose from so you can choose the colors and stones that bring out the best in you - your intention & for your unique mala jewelry.
We hope you will share this journey with us.
Price: 1,500,- for the workshop and everything you need to make your mala jewelry.
