I feel a strong calling to gather in a circle ~ a day to remember, awaken, and celebrate the power that lives within you, me, and us together. Will you join the journey?
✨ On this day we create space to remember together ~ let our bodies and our inner child show the way through shaking, movement, voice, play and music.
Come as you are: tired, happy, exhausted, vulnerable, pissed off. Here you don't have to fix, perform or do anything in a "right way".

✨️ About Sandra & Wild Within
My name is Sandra Linnea Rappéll, and I am passionate about creating spaces where women can land deep within themselves, rediscover their inner intelligence, and open up to the power that has always lived within them.
We all carry an inner child that wants to be seen, heard and met ~ and that longs to be tolerated and held. Through therapy, yoga, forest bathing, inner work and spaceholding, I have for many years woven spaces for healing, vulnerability, joy and presence.
Wild Within is my heart's song ~ a living space to reconnect with our primal power, to nature, and to the wild-hearted within us all. Here, the unfiltered, true, and vulnerable are allowed to shine.
